YESTERDAY: VERY BLACK MOM DAY
So... yesterday morning I go in Sadie's room FIRST THING IN THE MORNING (I JUST got out of bed) and I notice a small lock of doll hair on the floor. (This after just two weeks ago Sadie cut her beautiful hair A LOT.) I say to Sadie, "Did you cut something you weren't supposed to?" "Yeah, that doll's hair." "Did you cut anything else you shouldn't have?" "Yes, my bed." I go over and look and there are holes in her sheets. I mean, give me a break!! So then I spanked her (all right! I spanked her. I'm waiting to get arrested now.) Anyway so later, during preschool, I am holding Cyd on my lap and I run my hands down her little mullet like I always do and low and behold--yep. It's a good thing for Sadie I was in the middle of preschool. There is a chunk out of the business portion of mullet. (you know, all business in the front and a party in the back). I felt like a bad mom all day because I was so mad at her all day long. Like, "Where have I failed as my daughter doesn't choose to make good decisions??" Yeah, I know she's 3 but ... UGHHHHHH **Advice welcome!!!!**
Bye

Uh....where is she getting these scissors????
Alison...it's time to pull out the big guns and put her in a straight jacket.
I'm thinking of getting a mullet.
Jenn, I run a preschool. There are scissors everywhere, apparently. And this is something I wasn't aware of because she wasn't cutting things she shouldn't cut 3 weeks ago. I think I have finally found them all and burned them. I think a mullet would like nice on you. And I think there's something wrong with my brain--I keep thinking someone cut my hair. Maybe it's a preminition.
