Took the Kids to the Zoo

There is a WHITE alligator at Hogle Zoo this year. It is freaky lookin. They call it the "Ghost of the Bauyo" okay, crap I probably spelled that wrong and I'm too lazy to look it up right now. Anyway, Cydnie, the monkey, is taunting him in the first picture. "Can't catch me!!" Hahaha. She makes me laugh. Anyway, the zoo was a hit for the most part. Does anyone else get frustrated when their kids are ungrateful when you do something totally fun like that?? And are you really willing to say, "Fine, we're never doing anything fun again." Of course not. Last year I was the meanest mom in the world when Sadie was naughty and the carnival was in town. We didn't go. And do you know who was wayyy more depressed over it?? Uh, yeah. Mom. I LOVE THE CARNIVAL! WHAT WAS I THINKING! Should've said I'm going without you if you're naughty. Ughhh. Sorry, little tangent there. The zoo really was fun, though. No horrible meltdowns, just the usual. :)
