Oh, that would be Vernal City. Rumor has it we have a man who that is his full-time job, to construct these costumes and then block off the street for hours, as seen in the pic, whilst he puts it up with a crane. Hmmmm... wow.
I didn't think dinosaurs like that ate fruit. Now I know the truth!
