Woopsie Doodle
So after I posted the run-down of all things January in our lives thus far, I realized some time later that I left out one rather important thing. We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary. It was low-key, just the way we like things, with a little steak dinner out alone, splurging on cheesecake for dessert and then a delightful, uninterupted stroll around Lowes. (It's our new favorite place and saved the day, as it only opened in our town a month ago and we've used it for lots!--Saved us lots of trips to Provo, which can also be a bad thing.;)) That brings me to another important thing I left off my list. While there, we chose all of our appliances. It was fun. The next day we went back and spent $5,000 and left empty-handed. You'd think I'd be getting used to that feeling by now. Not so much.
But ain't they beauties? I know, I know, this is only interesting to me. Who cares about appliances, really? :)

hey, i think Julie bought those same kitchen appliances for her house...I am lucky enough to marry into a family that is in the appliance business. We get a REALLY REALLY good deal on them, mostly washers and dryers. Yeah for me!
Happy Aniversary! Glad you had a good time. I like low key events myself.
Has it been nine years already???
Congratulations! Just between you and me, I never thought he'd put up with you this long... :)
Love the appliances! Especially your washer! I love to walk around home improvement stores, which is ironic, considering I have to hire anyone if I want to "improve my home"...I'm not very handy...
